Maybe the child needs more attention as they maybe watching Indian soaps. If you can see something and describe it then you can also find their weaknesess.
In fact in my opinion trying to imagine how Allah looks like is a SHIRK.
Maybe child needs more attention and Tarbiyyat for their faith. Maybe you can tell the child that there are many things you cannot see but they exist.

it's not a question of attention or tarbiyyat or even not of indian soaps , i have no problem with my elder child to teach that we didnt see allah but for little one who's 3.5 years she speaks a lot and questionned a lot about everything so why i would to know how others answer

well....for child this age i guess example of air should be sufficient. If the person was old then you can present reasoning etc which I guess a three years old would never understand...however I am sure the mods and others with better knowledge would surely share something....

ASHFA is asking what one should tell a child who asks how allah looks..
My parents tell my siblings that allah is everywhere but we cannot se Him, in air, aasmaan.. everywhere. But i think children find it confusing since they thing everything is visual.. soo they just take the answer but dont really get it. Still, i think telling them that allah is everywhere would be a decent answer.

If a child asks this then, turn on the fan and ask him how does the air look? child would be unable to see the air but can feel it. Simply tell him that likewise we can not see Allah, but can feel him, IF we want to.
