At what point, if they have made no contact is it a ‘no’?
How long did you wait, or how long in your experiences does the guy’s side of the family take to respond?

Waiting a long time for his highness to respond back usually for the most part means he and/or his family are searching elsewhere. I mean think about it, if you’re looking for a girl to marry and you find one that you completely connect with her because she’s what you’re looking for in a wife and your parents are totally wowed by, wouldn’t you as a guy snatch up the girl that would be your future wife before she and her family look elsewhere? If he isn’t responding back, I just feel like he might not have found what he wanted, a girl that intrigued him enough to marry her.

A couple of days to a week. There is no point waiting beyond that. Most likely they are considering multiple options so should you.

2 weeks at most UNLESS you somehow find out (from the family or otherwise) that they’re dealing with a special situation (maybe they’re going on a pre-planned vacation, there’s a unexpected family illness or death etc.).
All the arranged or semi-arranged marriages I know of, the guy’s parents called to say “yes” within the first week.
