How Long is Ideal to Leaving Oil in Hair??

I just started oiling my hair, and I’m always confused as to how long I should leave it in my hair…I know some people leave it overnight, while some say just leave it for an hour or so…

which is the best for the oil to really work?

Applying warm oil a couple hours before showering should be enough. Once you apply it, do a hot towel wrap to aid in absorption.

Its important to wash hair withing 24 hours when you oil them because then the oil mixes with dust and clog the pores which might block the hair growth.

I've heard that dermatologists don't recommend keeping it on too long as it can clog the pores and weaken the roots. I think that up to an hour is good. Some people get headaches if left on for a long.
