Depends on how compatible you think is right for you. No one is ever gonna be 100% , that's why it's all about the compromise na. C'mon, you should know all this. Dissapointed :(

It's not about me...I have a friend who got strung along by the aforementioned girl (from my other thread) who was looking for a sugar daddy and while he knew right away that he wanted to be with her, she kept hedging and eventually dumped him when he wanted a commitment. So how long should he have waited for her to be sure of him before ending it?

It all differs case by case and what the person wants doesn't it still? He wanted a commitment, she kept putting it off, that should have been a sign that things aren't gonna work. But he still kept at it right? You know how it is when emotions get involved. There's no hard and fast rule for any of this really.

You're looking for a standard time-frame...and there isn't one. People vary as to when they read the end of their rope. You try your best...set a time-limit for yourself....(be it a few days/weeks, a month, etc).....and if the lack of consistency persists.....you move on. I think problems result when people don't stick to their time-limits.
