How long does it take to get a custom guppie face?

I e-mailed and PMed Admin several weeks ago and multiple times. But no response! So my question to those who have custom faces:

How long did it take you to get it?

if u filled out a form with link in the COMMENTS tab that states the location of the face.. AND the face was acceptable, its done like in two three weeks USUALLY.. (sometimes, like mine, it took a month or more.. i forgot).. anything else, pm me..
