So how long will it last in fridge if it’s kept in an air tight container? I made some a while ago and am not sure if it is still edible or not.

as long as molds don’t grow at the top…approximately 2-3 months i suppose

I have a similiar question: i wonder if i can freeze mine? I am guessing if your chutney tastes fine and doesnt have fungus on it, then its good?
