How long does imli ki chutney last?

So how long will it last in fridge if it’s kept in an air tight container? I made some a while ago and am not sure if it is still edible or not.

Please help.

I have a similiar question: i wonder if i can freeze mine? I am guessing if your chutney tastes fine and doesnt have fungus on it, then its good?

as long as molds don't grow at the top...approximately 2-3 months i suppose :)

If it does not look , smell or taste bad then it is all good.

^yep that. Also adding some vinegar helps it to last longer.

I think you can SFK, basically it's the khattas element which helps it preserve .

You can easily freeze it. My mother usually makes a lot and then freezes them in ice cube trays for ease of use later.

mine lasted for about like 6 months.
