Lets say you bought freshly made samosas and they are meat ones and made of that thin filo dough. How long will they last and stay fresh for in the refrigerator?
Assume there is no space in the freezer to keep them.

You could probably keep them in the fridge up to a week I guess.
To make more space in the freezer, take out any contents in boxes (which take up a lot of room) and keep those contents in plastic freezer bags, and store things neatly in freezer, placing things on top of eachother etc to create more space.

a day or two … but the problem starts when you have to heat them again , if you use the microwave , they will go soft and soggy … and if you try to fry them again , thats double the oil …

^ That's true. Then you could heat them in an oven. They will stay crispy that way as well.

In our house, not very long!! 
Yeah, like CB said, i would say a day or two, but when you reheat them, they get soggy, so just ensure you don’t make too much samosay on the day i guess…

Depends if they are fried or ready to be fried. :o
Freid samosay, who in right mind will leave any! As for ready to be fried, well it depends on CHATORAPAN. They will last just 2-3 days.
