I am sure lots of Pakistanis would like to visit India, and similarly lots of Indians would like to visit Pakistan. If tourists visas were easy to obtain, there would definetly be a steady flow of tourists. The only country which gains more from this is Pakistan. India gets plenty of tourists from all over the world, who are interested in visiting every aspect of it (culture, food, arts, sights, history). Pakistan is lucky enough to get a few adventure seekers and mountain climbers. If the visa was open, then I am sure Indians would visit. Good for the Pakistani economy.
Seems to me that the only group of people who would visit Pakistan (Indians), we make it hard for them to come in.
Re: How long before open tourist visas between India and Pakistan?
