I don’t mean to be rude but I have PCOS and I could be an relaxed as the dali lama and I still wouldn’t be able to have a baby without the help of medical intervention. Being relaxed isn’t going to get my body to release and egg. Also Im not over wieght, losing weight wasn’t going to help me either. I know for some women losing weight helps.

There is not “cure” for PCOS…its a syndrome with means that it can be controlled but if you have it, you have it.

Yes, I know there is no actual cure, that’s why it was in quotations, but he meant that exercising will help, as that is recommended by most doctors. But being a healthy weight is good for any pregnancy, whether pcos or not.
