ammi used almond oil
but I’ve done it with simple baby oil too.
was searching and found a few videos with massage techniques but this one is the closest to what ammi taught me:
particularly the stretching of the arms and legs at the end…that’s exactly how I was taught.
unfortunately I haven’t found anything showing the lo’ee thing…
