hey guys..

this question goes for all those ppl who are married or not , male or female..

how long you can be normal without having sex or sexual activity..

It would be appreciated if you just answer with your own context rather refering to statistical data.. :slight_smile:

If abnormality behaviours were caused by lack of sexual activity with the opposite gender, then I bet there are many abnormals in Pakistan.

It depends on why one is not having sex. If it is due to circumstance and not choice then I suppose it would be harder (no pun intended).

Hmm... 'sex' is a need, just like food, water, oxygen etc. Abnormality depends on how much 'need' you really have for it. If you are dying for sex, you might die if you dont have it. If you think you will go crazy without having sex, you will go crazy! :) Simple. And if you think you can hit your whinny and make it sit down, nothing will happen.

A bit more. Why wouldnt you want to have sex? Any special reason? And if you are so lonely, where is your best buddy, your hand?

Also, I think masturbation is better then having sex. Sometimes I prefer to jack-off rather then having sex with someone. You can be as selfish as you want when you jack-off. Just give good feelings to yourself. Whereas, in 2 partner sex, you have to take care of your partner as well. Masturbation is OK in Islam (strictly, my opinion, my twisted concepts, dont belive me blindly please), illegal sex is not.

Lastly for my friends Praetextatus, PG and funguy. I think you are simple ABCD (American Born Confused Desi) case. Having sex is just as easy in Pakistan, as in USA. But, generally, the trend is that people in Pakistan have a bit high moral standard in this regard :P . I have seen cases that practically run away from girls because it might eventually lead to sex. People here have strange concepts, they would like to kiss and touch, but Sex, NO NO.

Anyways, those were my 2 cents.

Yeah as much as sex is a vital part of reproduction, intimacy, pleasure, etc-i really wouldn't say that its like oxygen or food. There are MANY people who die virgins. Some people are devoted to religion ie nuns, some people never find someone or they don't care to-its a matter of personal preference. Its also generally easier for women to go without sex then it is for men. I know several people who have gotten divorced-where the man has moved on in a matter of a few months and the woman is still single. This is not set in stone, its just general.

Not everyone believes masturbation is ok. I'm not sure what my opinion on it is, since everytime one of those threads is opened people fight it out and so whatever. But again, many people are blatantly flat out against it-so then what? Really, I really mean no offense, please don't be mad with me, but you have a very...odd, for lack of a better word...sense of sex. How do you figure these guys are all ABCD's as you like to call them? Its been my experience as an ABD (i refuse the confused part) that the international students talk a lot more and openly about what they do. I don't know if ABDs hide it better or have more sense, or if the FOBs are trying toprove something, but my God, their conversation is disgusting sometimes. Its just as bad in Pakistan if not worse-but its just more on the DL in proper society.

  1. Firstly, Money is a need. Clothing is a need. So is sex. People do live without it, but then live a very different life. Accepted, not as important as food, but still, very important. So i'll stick to my argument. I appreciate your comments though. Secondly, regarding mastubation, I think it is a really wonderful experience. I assume you have not mastered the skills of it. It is just not a '10-second' thingy. You can drag it on for hours :P. And besides, I sometimes do prefer to masturbate rather then to have sex with a hot chick, when i have equal opportunity for both. I just like the experience of masturbating more. How long can one go without sex?

Well it depends. Virgins could (I think) go for eternity, its like how can you crave chocolate if you never tasted it before. But married people or sexually active ones would want it regularly. Thats all I wanna say about that.

I totally disagree with Incognito’s statement however that sex is like food or other nessecities. As 714 already said there are people that can live normal life without having sex. But its not like those people don’t get frustrated they prolly do and then masturbate. Its your body do whatever with it, jerk off, wack it on the table or break it who cares. But doing it too much is not healthy at all. Guys that do it alot, then don’t want a partner and always want to touch themselves (Incognito you keep that in mind, don’t disappoint your “to be wife” :hehe: JK)

Well depends on , First of all married man /women cant stay normal duration is a limited time period dayz or just hours they cant survive

cuz if one person is not married he/she can stay normal as compared to the person who is married!

for medical point of view it only depends upon the persons mind if she/he whether married or unmarried involved in sex movies and pics then its hard for them to stay normal (like wise he/she cant stay longer with out having sex duration 7-9 hours)
