aww i love this ad..
ok let me explain to u..
4 friends.. eating dinner.. talking abt insurance and stuff..
this one guy has some sort of a deal with the owner to make a noise to distract attention... when the waiter brings the check..
so the owner breaks something on purpose and they all look at him.. at that guy who had the check infront of him slides it to the other guy..
see in desi culture spliting the payment isnt seen as something friends would do. so either u pay for everyone or just slide it to someone else..
and they catch him doing it in the end and then they all laugh,
its a cute ad..

actually splitting the payment does happen in desi.. well in pak at least. Its lovingly referred to as the "Amreekan Sistem"
