Hmmm this is an interesting question cuz I know quite a few desi- Arab couples where I live. The levantine Arabs espescially Palestinian seem to be more open to dating outside their culture, the only rule is you are a good Muslim and actually have a deep understanding of Islam. The arabs I went to school with were very pretty and you could tell by interacting with them that they had high Iman and followed Islam closely. I guess that is because some parts of Islam are a part of Arab culture and they understand the Quran and Hadith when they hear them. One note when dating Arabs is that they are usually quite fobby. You’d hear them talk to each other in Arabic when they were born abroad. I find that really weird like you don’t see paki-americans talking and joking in urdu/Punjabi with each other.

American borns (depending on the family) speak in Urdu fluently. There are some families that don’t speak in Urdu while living IN Pakistan so it really does depend on the family.

And yes, I agree…Arabs (the large majority) do have prejudices against darker skinned Muslims of Indian Pakistani descent. We are equivalent to Hindus for them…meaning we’re not real Muslims. But I think Indian Pakistani families have the same prejudices against African American Muslims as well.
