yes…in a company there is a setup where in IT dept if a device or equipment or anything damages…the call on help line where call agent if can resolve issue and receives acknowledgement …if h cant he send this via a software to support team…they see how they can resolve it …via repair of maintenance dept or tor management for replacement or for new one
