What do you understand by ICT? Its a very broad field...

yes...in a company there is a setup where in IT dept if a device or equipment or anything damages...the call on help line where call agent if can resolve issue and receives acknowledgement ...if h cant he send this via a software to support team...they see how they can resolve it ...via repair of maintenance dept or tor management for replacement or for new one

information technology is the way how information can be transferred, storage of information, and how the information is transferred (routers/switching), and programming using different computer programs. Communication technologies like cell phone, landlines, etc are also a part of this field. In the field you can be involved in the O&M field jobs, as well as working in NOCs, programming and data centers etc.
