i wish we had a normal relationship like USA and canada so that we could have traveled to each other cities with no problem. but dirty politicians, religious groups and army establishments will never let that happen. trust me, nothing will ever change and hatred is getting more and more dense. every generation is getting more and more blind. I have given up.
there is nothing more beautiful than diversity in a society. how i wish hindus and sikhs stayed back in pakistan so that today we could have roughly 20% of them in our country…that would have forced us to learn so much and would have changed our attitude towards minorities plus our image would be so much better internationally.
but alas, thx to madness of 1947, we killed all hindus and sikhs and rest migrated and same happened on the other side. today you will not find any muslim in indian punjab and haryana who is living there pre-1947.

I agree that Pakistan and everyone in it needs to work for betterment of the country (all stakeholders) but we can’t compromise on the country. Can’t give it up for “friendship” and that crap, it doesn’t work.

Your wish is connected to army establishment. If your wish is fulfilled Pakistan absolutely doesn’t need army of such enormous strength populated in one province only eating up 80% of country’s resources.

i never stated that we shd unite with india. Pakistan is a reality and the way muslims are treated in india, i am happy to have my own country but why do we need to bring religion into everything. pakistan was an economic decision not a religious one as we want to believe. that is so many muslim scholars were opposing Pakistan
all i said was that i wish hindus and sikhs lived in Pakistan after partition as this would have made our country more beautiful, more diverse and more tolerant and it would have created a lot more balance between india and pakistan as a lot more people would have relatives on both sides of the border
and why same pakistani muslims who cannot live under hindu majoirty per quran (as you claim) can live under Christians in US or even worst under atheist govts like norway, denmark, korean, japan? isnt this height of hypocrisy? millions of pakistani muslims have no shame in living under atheist kafir govts but before partition they could not live under hindus. i am just exposing the fallacy of the argument that pakistanis make. i support pakistani movement but based on economic grounds not religious.
and by the way, today no muslim is safe in pakistan and everyone is kiling each other. our mosques have become bloodhouses. millions have been killed in mosques in pakistan. so we are obviously not that safe

Both India and Pakistan.have world’s largest militaries and are few of the biggest buyers of defence equipment…now the last thing arms industry would want to see back of its two major and important clients… if i have stake in that industry, then peace means my bankruptcy…
