How i lose alot of weight successfully and no hair loss mashallah

i got married last yr and lost alot of weight for it, and it kept off ( until i got preg and ate like a horse) and mashallah no hair loss or bad skin..instead lovely skin and glowy health…it sounds like crash dieting but its not and its good.

its a juice diet, but with a balanced meal…so u have juices for breakfast and dinner, with a healthy meal of any kind. the juices consist of celery, spinach, applies, pineapple, cucumber avocado…this is one type, theres are other juices recipes…spinach is good for hair, avocado is good too etc…u juicd them, drink half for breakfast, and half for dinner-its alot of juices..like 4 glasses, and have a good meal…

take multivit, iron tabs and a bvit complex tabs..

lots of water…

result!!

i was a uk size 14 or loose size 16, went to a nearly uk size 10, in 2 and half months…plus added benefits of fruits/veg and water…and

main thing

i did lots of exc- 30mins minimum on treadmill..or walkies…

I tried one of those green drinks....and it was hard to stomach. Did not like the taste of it, but it could be because I had more greens than fruits in it. I eat spinach several times a week as part of a salad and take my vitamins as well. I dunno....I might try it at a later point. I have read though that juicing destroys vitamins. The mechanical process of juicing (if you use an electric juicer) destroys the nutrients.

Which juices did you personally try nadz ?

And how did they taste ? Did you add sweetners ?

that’s such a coincidence i’ve done the fruit green juice drink every breakfast time and lunch time for some time now, it’s so filling and so healthy. it’s what karolina kurkova drank too to get from the full figured to the thinner version of her later on.

mine has so much in it, spinach,kale, parsley, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple or whatever fruit i have plus whey protein. gives me so much energy to workout and metabolism went up for me :yummy:

but kale is something that tracey anderson and karolina kurkova put in their green juices so i tried it. it’s pretty cheap in my nearby grocery store so it wasn’t difficult to find. but i just couldn’t eat it in a salad so mixing a small amount along with fruit in the juice form, you hardly taste it and it has so many health benefits along with broccoli or spinach.

i tried the one i mentioned and some fruit ones, but mainly this one. it tasted good. nope, no sweetners,

total weight loss i think ermmmm 32lbs....

well it was only b/c i gained 3 pounds during thanksgiving that i tried it and i got hooked. but i did it mostly just to maintain and get to my ideal weight. the greens are so healthy that i had to get them in my diet somehow and i noticed how much better my skin looks and i feel better/more energized.

for some reason i quit drinking green tea, it was actually strange how it had the opposite effect for me in terms of metabolism and weight gain. it might have just been with me.

Nadz the diet you mentioned seems kind of extreme. I have a question. I asked my dietitian if I could do one of these fad diets & she said that with an 8th month old you might get cranky because of low sugar or protein in your body & that "can" affect the baby & your house as well. I know you have a newborn with you. How did you manage? Was this hard? Did you get mood swings or anything like that?

The exercise you mentioned. How often did you do it? Like how many times a week.

And did you feel weak or dizzy through out the day? Or any head aches?

As you can tell I am finally getting desperate to lose it all.
