Manusmrithi is the only book that talk about division based on work (read caste). And nobody worship that except some hardcore brahmins.

This is exactly why I say you dont have any knwledge of present day India. Castism is now in place majorly because certain section demands and wants a positive discrimination for them in every aspect of life. Read reservations. Do you know about Mayavati, who is all set to or trying to be the prime minister of India. Who is she? Help youself and google. Do you know about the current chief justice of India. What is he? Do you know about the former president, KR Narayanan. What was he? All three are dalits occupying, aspiring to and occupied highest office of the country.
Why do international organizations addresse the Daalit problem so much?
Because there is positive discrimination based on caste people including muslims want to be considered on the basis of caste. If such system existed in Pakistan then there would also be people demanding reservation based on what caste they descended from.
So, why not remove the caste system and treat everyone equally?
If I type islamic terrorism I will get every link to Pakistan, hence my point that caste takes a back seat in your country where terrorism is a major issue.

I am not saying that India does not have castism. It has but the influence it has on discriminating people is coming down drastically except at times when caste becomes an issue for positive discrimination.

There may be discrimination in Pakistan, but certainly not pertinent to tribes. Tribes are used to identify ethnicities, like India has many Parsis (immigrants from Persia) and Pakistan has many Mughals (Persian-Mongloids) - both are types of tribes that trace back to another locality, and both can often be differentiated from others by their physical attributes.
I believe you are wrong. there is nothing like that in Bhagvad Gita.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Ch.18, verse 40:

and also uprightness, knowledge, realisation and belief in
God are the duties of the Brahmanas, born of their own nature."
Gita,Ch. 18, v.43: **
"Prowess, splendour, firmness, dexterity and also not
fleeing from battle, generosity and lordliness are the duties
of **Kshatriyas, born of their own nature."
Gita,Ch. 18, v. 44:
"Agriculture, cattle-rearing and trade are the duties of the Vaishya merchant class), born of their own nature; and action consisting of service is the duty of the Sudras (servant class), born of their own nature."
Gita, Ch. 18, v.48:
"One should not abandon , O Arjuna, the duty to which one is
born, though faulty; for, all undertakings are enveloped by evil, as fire by smoke."
Suppose a Bali Hindu is born in a Brahmin family and remains as a priest for sometime,and then if he chooses to become a teacher one day,his status will go to Vaishya from Brahmin.But this does not mean that he is touchable and is ostracized from his community for this reason.Again if he chooses to restart as a priest,he can do it ,and he will go back to Brahmin caste!!! In Bali,the caste is decided on one's profession and not by birth.Manu in his Manusmriti advocated the same only but as the time passed on, people had brought in many versions to it ,and became a tool for some people to foment caste feuds
