For me i cant imagine life with out internet. From dial up to High Speed connection, from IE to chrome,mIRC to Skype,viber and what not, from Nokia 3310 to smart phones it was an interesting journey. Retry attempts of dialup from analog lines and finally hearing the sweet sound of hand shake.
I must’ve download winzip few hundred times instead of keeping a copy…yes kinda lost it when got access to high speed connection:hehe:

Best way to kill the time, search for anything you want,even order food online,Online shopping,chatting,Games whatnot! so many benefits of Internet! Cant live without it!
back in 2000 when i started there were some limited sites..best one was yahoo.com!
and now google and wikipedia,youtube,fb &paklinks !

It has helped me along with others my age put brick/mortar stores out of business. Alternatives: Amazon, Newegg, etc.etc..

The most influential website in terms of search has been Google. Social connectivity=Facebook.

Everytime I need some fun out of busy busy life I enter this virtual world... and I guess browsing has bin my favourite pastime activity.

I always have the weathernetwork.com opened up on my lap-top..made a hude mistake of going out once in January without checking the weather and got my eyelashes all frozen up :smack:

Google and Youtube are the other two sites that I love.

I can’t imagine my life without the net..I had to do it once…when I moved from Calgary to Winnipeg..I had to wait for Shaw Cable to come and fix up the net…OMG!!! It drove me NUTS! Thank goodness for my phone…I could come on GS and check out what was happening… :stuck_out_tongue:

Let me guess your Shaw appointment was between 9a.m-4p.m anywhere between first day of the month n last weekend of the month. :hehe:

i like worldnews but they take sweet time to update the newses(agar khabr ki jamma khabrain hoo sakti hai tau news ki jamma newses kiun nahen?)

actually shaw was pretty good..they came the very next day…but before them I had called MTS..and they were the ones who were taking ages to come..so I found out about shaw and they came the next day…
