I have a serious question. I know drinking beer is haram but it contains a small amount of alcohol and u won’t get drunk or anything with one can and the whole purpose of not drinking alcohol is to avoid getting drunk which drinking beer does not do. It’s also important like if u want to meet up with coworkers after work which is usually at a bar. So how haram is beer like on a scale of 1 to 10?

As far as I know Allaah has commanded you stay away from alcohol, and not you merely dont get drunk.

Obey Him

Do something that clearly shows your loyalty to Him.

The truth is more like If you deny drinking being haraam not only is that kufr but you’ll drag those who show mercy towards you on this into kufr as well. Also Stay away from tables on which alcohol is being drunk
