It’s a tough question. My constant worries of future have kept me questioning every move i make.
I am probably the happiest man alive but I am worried all the time.

Yes its not easy to define that. Mostly because its hard to measure and if someone does like how LP mentioned above, i think its a success by itself.
If you are happy and yet you are worried, there is something missing. Right? Have you figured out what? And how would you fulfil the gap?
I would love to..help anyone and everyone. I have been in very bad shape 3-4 years ago myself. Perhaps lowest point in my life in every-way. By Allah’s assistance and help…someone I come across in my life..really went out of their way to help and counsel me during tough time..and only thing that person said to me..is to pass kindness and help..to whoever going through any kind of pain.
Ya see..only way..i can help others is..if they except and recognize their mistakes and shortcomings (if they have any) and willing to make that change in life in a very positive way. And only then..the help is very constructive. And the toughest battle to stay in state of “Sabr”. By Sabr i mean..to remain persistent and do nothing but good, do your best and leave everything to Allah..
So i would like to play constructive role in other people’s lives..
People you leave behind for greener pastures. Trade-offs you make for family, career or whatever.
Things will never be perfect.
Just say Alhamdullillah and move on.
Happiness is an inside job and contrary to SIDS assertion is measurable, it is but a chemical reaction in your brain, many very wealthy and successful people are very unhappy my best friends uncle patriarch of the richest empire in Pak was the unhappiest man I came across in my life, always yelling and shaking with anger.
Socrates had said purpose of life is to be happy so we need to make a conscious effort to be happy
Most of our brain circuits are developed by age 5 so if our child hood was in an environment of yelling, hitting kids and verbal and physical abuse than very hard to rewire that brain but can be done.
