This is lovely! I think it looks great in white...reminds me a little of the white Manish Malholtra piece Shilpa Shetty wore.

The woman wearing this dress is actually a Tollywood/south indian actress called Tammanna, no idea who made this dress though

the kaam on the top is flawless. very pretty. i would use a different cut/material in white though.
