How good does Pakistan have to get for you to move back?

Re: How good does Pakistan have to get for you to move back?

I agree with fraudia. the roles may have been reversed for a few but for the majority things are the same. according to a recent survey, 81% of indian respondents (15 to 17-year-olds) expressed their desire to move abroad to secure a better future, one of the highest proportion in the world(1). its got more to do with economic opportunity and sometimes personal preferences than how good the country is. more britons are living in pakistan than in india(2), but their influence on pak economy is not as pronounced as that of british indians on indian economy.

having greater economic opportunities doesn’t always mean that the residents of the country are more prosperous. sometimes it can be the opposite. indian economic influence and role in a globalized world cannot be denied, but its a country where a majority of populace doesn’t even have access to toilets. if you’re a creative entrepreneur, you may find plenteous opportunities in this largely poor one billion plus population which is sooner or later going to vie for the same necessities and luxuries which the west enjoys. theres money to be made here.
