Haven't tried the gltter liner, but the 24/7 pencils are awesome. THe indigo color is beautiful

Skip the glitter liners because NYX does the exact thing but SO much cheaper. Now the Glide-On Shadow Pencils on the other hand are AMAZING! They do not budge at all. I have one in Midnight Cowboy and it’s this champagne-peachy shade w/ silver glitter and it’s gorgeous! I bought it after I saw it used in this video:
