Those of you who own a car, how fast do you drive? What’s your top score? Ever been caught speeding?

London is usually too busy to drive fast, so I unleash my driving skills on motorways!!

over-speeding is a social evil and a criminal offense. speed kills, PERIOD!**

here in Canada, if you are caught driving *50 km over the speed limit, ur *license will be suspended** on the spot, ur *car impounded* [even if it's NOT yours!] and**** fined a hefty $10,000**

YES, 1000% it’s good for all the road users. when we drive on Highway 401 or any other Highway, we see roadside signs that display the above info that i posted in my previous post.

i am a calm driver in general. maximum i have gone is 200 km. never caught over speeding.

and top of all. apni gari afford nahi kar sakta, hamaisha dosto ki hi mang kar chalai :)

Well, I am a calm driver, too. I don't drive fast or recklessly on residential roads. On motorways, speed limit is 70mph. But i usually drive in between 100-120mph on motorways :D

Before this kicked in, I've gone as fast as 180KM/h. Now, I usually keep it @ 120KM/h but I regulaly hit 140 when overtaking cars.

120 k/h is normal on 400 series highways but 140 is a bit too fast...cops will deffo stop you at that speed...have a better luck or slow down...it's safer!

I was pulled over in Feb for doing 84 in a 50 zone while headed to work. Officer asked if I was running late, told him it's a bad habit!
Got a $40 ticket! (no points, he reduced it to 59 or something, hehe).

I was driving on 401E (past Port Hope where it's only two lanes) at night during foggy conditions. I was crusing at around 130KM and the cop turned on his flashers so I slowed down and that was the end of that.

But overall I have been very lucky.
