Personally I try to avoid conflicts (if avoidable) and then I think there always is a proper way to say right thing. Many of us dont understand that you need to say right things in right way too. Sometime saying right thing in wrong way/tone just kills it. For example you can call your father “father” or you can call him “mother’s husband” … choice is yours!
