How easily do you forgive?

How easily do you forgive, just say, if your spouse breaks your trust, though later they do realize their mistake & willing to rectify it? Do you easily forgive them & start trusting again? Or would you require your own space & time to think things through?

very easily BUT do NOT forget...and. this is for me to be careful with that person in future. i try to steer clear of such people...there is peace in this approach to **"forgive but NOT forget!"**** :)**

I would always give them a second chance and I forgive almost everyone easily or at least let go of things. However I would also give myself time till I start trusting them again. I wouldn't force the trust phase on myself so that I don't end up getting hurt the next time - and I become slightly more careful.

EXACTLY...there is a famous phrase in Farsi..."aazmooda raa aazmoodan jehl ast"** [aazmaaye huye ko aazmaanaa jihaalat hai" [testing the tested ones is follishness]...agree?**

I can forgive but I become cautious - but only on rare occasions. Mostly I forget - and am like yeah whatever.
