How easily do you forgive yourself when you make mistakes in every day life, especially such mistakes which directly hit you at your self-esteem/confidence?

not very easily... it keeps coming back to remind me what a fool I was. But then it also helps me be careful so I don't repeat 'em. You just need to keep reminding yourself that you're only human.

i Can't forgive my self so i pretend to forget ....... but actually i can not forget too :(
