Yes, you go here, fill out a form, hand over the cash, they give you an MTCN number that you need to give to the person who recieves it, along with a possibe password, that you would have put on the form. They go to their nearest western union with this info and they collect the cash in local funds. Remember that if the cash has been collected by someone, then you cannot claim refunds or anything like that. They receive the money within 10 mins of you sending it. Hope this helps.
