So it pakistani ways.
Spread a rumour that land is haunted.. walk around it in white at night…
Do little lighting here and there… if needed use some equipment to make noises.

There was spooky story in Suspense digest about a girls soul haunting Shahrah a Faisal Karachi, the story was published many many years ago , but people try to go and find that soul on the said night of the year still, so aisa na ho k people start to flock to that part of jungle in order to meet that soul and it might become a nuisance for the animals instead of a boon.
