devil-im not sure if im ready to color my hair and take all the $$ and time that goes into maintaining it 
but i was wondering if changing haircolor DOES have as great an impact as some people say it does…
i know atleast one girl who has been acting like an airhead ever since she highlighted her hair blonde…
