So the assumption is that everyone will go to a mosque close by? What about minority sects, who have a few mosques only in certain parts of the city? How do kids in high school go? Private schools don’t usually allow their students to go outside of the school grounds.

Mosques - in certain parts of the city - haha you must be joking , talking about karachi here , if you walk for a mile ( east , west , north , south ) , you will atleast see three mosques , one belonging to Deobandis , another to Bralivis and a Imam Bargha for Ahl-e-Tashee

Ahl-e-Tashee group has an Imam Bargha on almost every major roundabout of this city . For Ahl-e-Sunnat , majority of mosques are built over the night on encroached land , same as Allama said ( Masjid tu bana-di shaab bahar mein eemaan ki haraaRat walooN ne ).

O bhai - travel to pakistan - all you are going to see mosques , madrasay , but no namazi : ) - The best way to encroach a land in this city is to build a mosque or Madrasa .

I am not sure about school , but I guess they must offer the prayer facility at their premises ..
