Genuineness cannot be hidden...Praise and flattery can be easily distinguished if one takes time to think about it...
Some people fall flat for flattery and some people doubt genuine praise as flattery...Quite tricky actually...
But there is hope:
If the guy indulges in good conversation with a girl, he appreciates her character...
If the guy is edgy and trying to be romantically inclined, he likes her for her beauty...
