If you are referring to the profile picture (the flag in my profile), I believe that feature has been disabled (long time ago) - not sure if it's enabled now but I doubt it.

well i didnt know isliye pooch liya:@: agar hum jaise pagal feedback mein nahi ate to GS ke paas koi feedback na hota aur agar mere siva kisi aur ko nai pata tha to phir woh bhi yeh dhaaga par saktein hain
