Seriously, try this

You need another person

Have someone hold the ring finger of both your hands, right behind your nails, between his thumb and first finger

Now ask that person to press your fingers as forcefuly as can (between his thumb and first finger) and he should count till 30 (basically complete 30 sec). And you hold your breath during that time.

Try it, this always works
