Oh my goodness. I can't even think about sleeping with my hair down!!
I hate the feeling of hair in my face, so when I'm sleeping, I always put my hair in a high bun/ high messy bun.

Loose bun or plait it if I can be bothered. Can’t leave it open, it’d tangle itself way too much

Leave it out now, but before my hair cut I would tie it into a pony tail.

I always plait mine before going to bed.All Neat and tidy and it helps with hairfall too.

I tie in a pony tail, if I didn't I would look like a jungle queen in the morning....
