how do you think about China and Chinese people?

What is your impression of China and Chinese people? Would you like to share some experience with me? Thank you.

I am a student in Shantou University in China. For one of my courses we have been assigned to write a report and do some research on different countries. And my research is Pakistan. I choose my topic to be the relation between China and Pakistan.
Any reply you give will be of great help to me. Please feel free to share any information with me. Thank you very much. :)

i m living with a chinese couple for last 10 months. They are really sweet and caring. They are good business ppl as they keep track of every single cent. They are very fussy abt cleaning and clean every thing after every use. They spend a good big chunk of their life cleaning i guess. All they eat is boiled spicy veggies and prawns and fish and cabbage lol. They have very good skin and their 30 year old women would like a 18 year old doll. They drink hot water and take very good care of their health and wealth. They are very cooperating and friendly among their own community.

I have/had very close chines friends. Love chines culture.

I have very good chinese friends and they are always interested in Islam and Pakistan- lot of them have showed interest in becoming muslims :)

I am a student from Canada :smiley:

The city that I live in has lots and lots of Chinese people. I have met all sorts of Chinese - the ones that have been here for generations vs. new comers who do not speak a word of English. So my impression of Chinese people are very very mixed.

In general, I’d say when I think about Chinese folks, I think about population crisis - and the one-child policy.

Then I think about alll the fun memories I’ve had at work and school with my Chinese friends, eating Chinese food, watching Chinese movies, etc.

Yeah, Lafanter is right, they take very, very good care of their health and wealth. Especially wealth. :halo:

Oh, and some of them have amazing sense of humour!
