I think it should go without saying that in the vast majority of cases its not the act / behavior that is creepy in itself. Its who does it that matters.

As a rough rule, if youre not good looking then most of the attention you give to unknown women would get you labelled a creep. This means you have to be very careful with women.

If a guy is good looking most of his actions will pass off as ‘harmless flirtation’. You’ll be amazed to know what he can get away with and how women rationalize his actions.

Here is a simple example of how women think.

A regular looking guy notices a girl sitting in a restaurant / cafe with her friend, a few times.
Girl says to her friend afterwards “Omg did you see that creep who was looking at me all the time ! ?”

The same scenario but the guy is good looking this time
“Hey, did you see that guy sitting at the table in front of us? I think he was interested in me”

Totally agree. Except what if it is online and you haven’t seen each other.
