Okay yes I cook with Shan Masalas occasionally just like we all do! However I find them a PAIN in the behind to store them in my cabinet they topple over, etc…how do you guys manage to keep them?

Buy a big plastic box and arrange the masalas in their original boxes in that container.

In one of the kitchen cabinets above the counter top, I lined them up so only the edge (with name of masala) is facing outwards. Currently, I have only one shaan masala box, but will demonstrate with cereal boxes. You can also get a box and line them up this way too or use spice jars. Check this thread out: Spice Jar Thread

the opened ones we put them in the fridge's crimper (that covered compartment at the bottom) so it remains cool and lasts long.

I have half shelf dedicated to boxed masalas...they are lined up like demonstrated above with just the name showing but it makes it easy to access and put back when done.
