Re: How do you stop biryani from stick to the bottom of the pan??
Pre-heat your oven, 350F, put the tray in (with the heat on) for about 5-10 minutes, then turn the heat off. Leave the tray (still covered) inside the oven for another 15 minutes in the warm oven.
Idk why I just repeated my post lol. But right, that's how you do it.
Re: How do you stop biryani from stick to the bottom of the pan??
if you need to make birtyani in oven, you can use big aluminium tray and seal it with aluminium foil. it is quick way to make biryani if you have more guests.
Re: How do you stop biryani from stick to the bottom of the pan??
Lol thanks. but stupid question...do u mean the large aluminum foil trays? u don't put the cookware in the oven right?
Aluminum trays are def the easiest (clean-up etc) - but any oven-safe cookware is fine. I have this huge roasting/baking dish thingy that comes with it's own top, and I use that. I feel like it better helps with the dum-ing. And yeah, if you're using the aluminum tray or any tray that doesn't have it's own top then covering it with aluminum foil will do the job fine.
