In official emails or letters etc? Mr. Ms. Dr. ?

I have been called Mr. Huma many times in official emails from people who don’t know me :grumpy: so I have now started signing off as Ms. Huma which feels weird but hazta be done!!

hmm can't remember the last time i had to even write an official letter, but i would assume that signing of by mrs. or ms, etc would be the right thing to do

Depends on who the email/letter is to, but usually with just my name.

Its a huge long signature we need to have for work.

  3. Location
  4. Region
  5. First phone number
  6. Second phone number
  7. Inter-office number
  8. First E-mail
  9. Private E-mail

Sometimes my signature is longer than my e-mail. To date nobody has confused me for a woman. YAY!

My question was mainly for overseas Pakistanis because others are perhaps not able to differentiate between male and female (desi) names.

I hear you BBQ. I just use my name, never had the need to use Mr. Also haven’t mistaken a guy for a girl or vice versa myself, just yet unless that one time in Rio Di Janeiro counts :hinna:
