How do you self control????

I need to self control my feelings and stop trying to talk to ppl that I am not suppose to talk to… Help me figure a way to control myself…its driving me crazy.

Ya well I hope ur break hasn’t been as long as mine has been. I have been side tracked all day long and only read one chapter…I have been on break since…hmmm…can’t even remember wat time I started my break. Thats sad! . Can’t study

I am already giving tension…but taking it too…(and thats a movie dialogue what do the actors know, they just speak their lines)
