See, if my coworkers are blaming all Muslims then they are reacting to a situation, and I dont want to react to reactions. I cant change their mind by saying that its not all Muslims. They should be intelligent enough to know that. And if they are not, then I dont bother to engage with them in communication.
If they come and ask me, then yes I will try to help them understand the situation.
