i have a size 10 figure but want to put on weight around the hips/bust, to make my figure a little more curvier, how do i do this? i don’t have a problem with weight and eat pretty much anything but don’t put on the pounds…but at the same time i want to keep my stomach toned…
quite simple eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and go to every take away and make sure u dont do any form of exercise basicaly just grow

U know for a size 10, basically you'd want to shift the weight to those places rather then putting on more weight
Exercising, as well as weight training would work.You know usually if one has a toned figure, the extra fat is stored in the hips. Thus the reason why it is considered different if a guy has ars:D..U know basically bilologically speaking if men work out , that's when after being toned( they get an arss:D)..I saw the documentry on Discovery channel...:D
you're right, i have a good figure, but i tend to put weight on the stomach area rather then the hips - so i guess a visit to the gym will do to get some advice and set up an appropriate programme

The area that you accumulate fat on is not dependant upon exercise or type of diet. Its unique to everyone. Some people put on weight in tummy, others around hips and other all over.
I suggest do not try to put on fat, rather just try to loose a bit to get your tummy toned.
i read sumwhere to gain weight u need to take more calories viveversa for ppl who wanna loose weight they will need to reduce their calories
e.g if u take 2000 calories weight gainers need to take 2500 calories while weight reducers will hafto take 1500 calories

Do lots of cycling and sit on your butt, normally that's what people say you want a big hip? do cycling.
had no idea that there r people out there who wanna have curves & hips , i've both in mine and i'm a hell obsessed with myself , in short i'm in sort of complex ...................... i've tried a lot but , sigh
