I don't protest. I don't eat it. Nobody can force me to do something I do not wish to do.
We women don’t like it if our husband’s didn’t like something and they told us 
Usually I get the message if he eats less that day or moves his spoon back and forth on the plate :hinna:
Anyway, instead of telling her you didn’t like that dish, tell her the next day to make something she makes really well. And if she packs that for lunch, just throw it away and buy something else

Its a total filmi scene in our house when he doesnt like something i made.
I always ask him, "so how is it???" if he says its good, I say "REALLY???" and he says "no iw as lying."
Hes gotten tired of me saying "really" :(

But , but she eats too, it is not just that she made it for myself only. She made it for the whole family.
It was a hypothetical question for the benefit of others. My wife even if she boils water it somehow turn out tasting like the best soup in the world.

She knows what I like and what I dont. Most of the time, there always is a dish that I dont have problem with and if she plans to cook something that I dont like, she makes a LOT for dinner a day before and I dont mind eating left overs.

he eats it sometimes, i once made pulao, but it turned out to be khichri, i wanted to cry was sooo bad, and tasted awful, bless him he stull ate it..
he hates pastas, but he still eats it if i make it, cos i like it.
