3 eggs
1 small red onion
dhania
1lb lasagna
Prepare beef add sauce to it. In sperate bowl add cheese, onion, eggs, dhandia

*very simple to make, but my family loves it everyone differs on the amount of sauce and cheese they add
Re: How Do You Make Lasagne
Pasta sauce: chop 2 onions and put them on low heat with some butter for 8-10 minutes. then add some tomato puree and add some red/green peppers. (turn up the heat) u can add a few chopped garlic cloves if u wish. Add 4 tin of chopped tomatoes and put on low heat for 20 minutes and let it simmer
In the mean time fry ur meat in some oil. once the sauce has simmered add mixed herbs, salt and pepper (or any other seasoning) pour the sauce over the meat and mix in well and put it on a low heat.
White sauce: melt Butter in a pot then add some plain flour and Mix together. Next add some warm milk and mix with a whisk until it becomes a think sauce add cheese and put it on a low heat until the cheese has melted
then just layer ur ur lasagne and ur good to go
I make a white sauce based on also from all recipies:
Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna - All Recipes
*corrections: I just boil 2 lbs of chicken and shred it instead of 1 roasted chicken
and also I omit the ricotta cheese (family doesn’t like it) and actually use frozen spinach
but I do have to warn you this is good but its heavy!

Re: How Do You Make Lasagne
ok so I made Lasagne today .. It tasted great, thanks to Guac & CE.. but the problem I had was how to cut it without ruining it? ... Also, the bottom of my Lasagne was very crusty, and bit stiff too.. wonder what went wrong - Plus I didn't boil my lasagne since I didn't need to as per the instructions on the box.. so if any of you can help me out here as to what went wrong at the bottom of my lasagne and how to cut it properly.. thnkoo

Re: How Do You Make Lasagne
ok taking it you copy cat
Re: How Do You Make Lasagne
I forgot to add that before layering any sheets I add some of the sauce on the bottom of the pan....don't know if that will help you or not...maybe your keeping it in the oven too long
The secret to cutting the lasagna without ruining is to wait. It usually topples over or something like that when it isn't cool enough to be settled.
Re: How Do You Make Lasagne
Guac you is awesome and yes you did forget to tell me to add sauce on the bottom but that's okay maybe next time I'll try that.. can I take you home now as a chef..
