how do you make chinese chawal

I have heard of the one with where you saute chicken, boil it first, and leave the pani. and then saute veg seperatly, boil rice and then mix the veg and chicken together, and add half the boiled rice to the chicken pani and boil, and put it on dam, the way you do when making chicken pulao..does this sound right|?>

i would never boil the chicken as it takes away all the flavor and nutrition from the chicken. Also when making fried rice, the best thing to do is use cold rice. What I have done, cut chicken in thin small strips, sauté them with seasoning until tender. take it our, sauté vegetables with seasoning and take them out. then make a scramble egg and take it out. Put the cold boiled rice in the pan, some soy sauce, work it through the rice, then through add all the other stuff and work them through the rice. Leave them on dum for few mins and you have fried rice.

what seasoning do you add to the chicken and veg....and do you use azino moto?

little soya, salt and blk pepper...no azino moto

my recipe is: -
boil rice in water having salt oil n little vinegar n then cool it.
then i fry crushed ginger garlic n then add boneless chicken into it. season it with salt black pepper, soya sauce and little chili sauce. after its cooked i add mix veggies n just saute them a little, then i add scrambled salted eggs in it. Then i add boiled rice, add little soya sauce n saute thats it.
