I have heard of the one with where you saute chicken, boil it first, and leave the pani. and then saute veg seperatly, boil rice and then mix the veg and chicken together, and add half the boiled rice to the chicken pani and boil, and put it on dam, the way you do when making chicken pulao..does this sound right|?>
my recipe is: -
boil rice in water having salt oil n little vinegar n then cool it.
then i fry crushed ginger garlic n then add boneless chicken into it. season it with salt black pepper, soya sauce and little chili sauce. after its cooked i add mix veggies n just saute them a little, then i add scrambled salted eggs in it. Then i add boiled rice, add little soya sauce n saute thats it.
