I want to know exactly the steps to make one? I want something like myspace, facebook. I want people to load pictures and vidz. I want it really upscale looking. How do i start? What do i need?

well that involves a lot of scripting so you gota hire a programmer . or buy pre-built script, like phpfox but it's very simple basic you gotta modify it.

Websites like facebbook, myspace .. requires programing skills ... its not piece of a cake ... u hav to keep upgrading code .. in order to give best experience 2 customers/visitors/users ...
Traffic on dat kind of website is huge .. requires dedicated servers ( very expensive monthly cost) ...

If you by any chance have MS Frontpage by any chance than that will be a good start.
Its quite easy all WYSWYG
