That is if you even like to eat Bhindee?

I like it fried with red pepper, corrriander poweder and Tamarind.

But you really have to fry it in oil with zeeraas till the stickness goes away then you gotta put all other stuff and fry it…

I have even seen people using Tomatoes in it… It tases nice that way too but the way I liked it is the most tastiest way:yummy:

If you are from Karachi, you will know that there are gazillion ways of cooking one thing:) however, if you are from Punjab, Pulaao is really a Biryaani and rice with peas are pulaao :smiley:
